摘要:
选取山东胶东地区纬度近似一致的5个苹果主要产区,各产区按地理距离选取5个生长状态一致的富士果园,通过比较果园不同土层(0-15 cm,15-30 cm)、距果树主干不同距离(0.5 m,1 m,1.5 m)土壤pH,测定树体新梢、叶片、果实各项指标以检测各产区土壤酸化状况,探究土壤酸化对富士苹果的影响. 结果显示,各产区果园均为酸性土壤,pH总体范围为4.92-6.20. 各产区果园不同土层土壤pH范围分别为5.08-6.30和4.75-6.10,各产区果园距果树主干不同距离土壤pH范围分别为5.33-6.33、4.84-6.14和5.29-5.99,且pH均以栖霞市最低. 生长量测定结果表明,5个产区果园果树叶片叶绿素相对含量值(SPAD)、新梢长、新梢直径范围分别为53.05-57.29、26.72-35.82和4.76-5.93 cm,且各指标值均以栖霞市最低. 果实品质测定结果表明,不同产区果园单果质量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量、花色苷含量具有显著差异,且均以栖霞市最低. 选取各果园果实含量较高的4类香气物质,其含量由高到低均为酯类、醇类、烷类、醛类,分别以栖霞市、牟平区、招远市和莱州市最低. 相关性分析结果表明,SPAD值、可溶性糖含量与土壤pH值呈极显著正相关,新梢长、可溶性固形物、酯类物质与土壤pH值呈显著正相关. 本研究表明,山东胶东地区土壤酸化严重,以栖霞市最为严重,且土壤酸化会影响果树生长发育及果实品质的形成. Abstract:
In order to explore the effect of soil acidification on apple trees, we aimed to detect soil acidification in five main apple-growing areas of Jiaodong, Shandong Province, located in similar latitudes. Five Fuji orchards with identical growth statuses were selected according to geographical distance. Soil pH values of different soil layers (0–15 cm and 15–30 cm) and on different distances from the main trunk of fruit trees (0.5, 1.5, and 1.5 m) were compared in order to determine the soil acidification status of new shoots, leaves, and fruits in different production areas. The results showed that the soils were acidic in all the orchards in all production areas, and the total pH ranged from 4.92 to 6.20. Soil pH ranges of different soil layers in orchards of different producing areas were 5.08–6.30 and 4.75–6.10, respectively. Soil pH ranges of different distances from orchards to main trunk of fruit trees in different producing areas were 5.33–6.33, 4.84–6.14, and 5.29–5.99, respectively, and the lowest soil pH was recorded in Qixia City. The results of growth measurements showed that the SPAD value, length of new shoots, and diameter of new shoots were 53.05–57.29, 26.72–35.82 cm, and 4.76–5.93 cm, respectively, and the values of all parameters were the lowest in Qixia City. The results of fruit quality test showed that single fruit quality, soluble solids, soluble sugar content, and anthocyanin content in orchards from different producing areas had significant differences, and the lowest values of these parameters were recorded in Qixia City. Four types of aromatic substances in plants with higher fruit content were selected in each orchard. The content of esters, alcohols, alkanes, and aldehydes from high to low was the lowest in Qixia City, Muping District, Zhaoyuan City, and Laizhou City, respectively. The results of correlation analysis showed that the SPAD value, soluble sugar content shoot length, soluble solids, and esters were positively correlated with soil pH value. The results of this research showed that soil acidification was a serious problem in the Jiaodong area of Shandong Province, especially in Qixia City. Soil acidification can affect the growth and development of fruit trees and decrease fruit quality.
