摘要:
兽用抗生素在畜禽养殖中大量使用,含抗生素的畜禽粪便作为有机肥施入土壤后,对农田生态系统造成的危害日趋严重,本研究采用土培试验,外源添加兽用四环素作为污染物,探究添加不同修复基质(单施蚯蚓粪、菌糠、菌剂、生物炭及其分别与菌剂配施)对土壤养分及其相关性状、土壤酶活性和微生物量碳、氮的影响。结果显示,四环素对土壤养分及其相关性状指标均有促进作用,且在不同修复基质处理下,速效磷、碱解氮和阳离子交换量在菌糠处理下增幅效果最明显,增幅分别为252.66%,41.65%和23.44%,有机质和速效钾在生物炭配施菌剂处理下效果最明显,增幅分别为148.95%和111.69%;四环素对土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶及蔗糖酶活性的3个时期均有一定抑制作用,其中对脲酶的抑制作用最强,且第30天、60天和90天时,降幅分别为57.69%,61.60%和40.25%,菌糠配施菌剂处理对3个时期的土壤过氧化氢酶、土壤脲酶和土壤蔗糖酶活性的修复效果最明显;四环素对土壤微生物量碳的3个时期均表现为抑制作用,对微生物量氮则表现为激活作用,不同修复基质处理中,菌糠配施菌剂处理对土壤微生物量碳、氮增幅作用最明显。本研究表明,添加不同修复基质一定程度上能缓解四环素对土壤的毒害作用,菌糠配施菌剂处理对土壤酶活性及微生物量碳、氮的提高效果最佳。(图6 表1 参35)
Abstract:
Veterinary antibiotics are widely used in livestock and poultry breeding industry. Livestock manure containing antibiotics as organic fertilizer is applied into the soil, which will cause more and more serious damage to the farmland ecosystem. This study used soil culture test, exogenous addition of veterinary tetracycline as a pollutant to explore the effects of different remediation substrates (single application of wormcast, fungal chaff, microbial inoculum, biochar and its combined application with microbial inoculum) on soil nutrients, soil enzyme activities, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen. The results showed that tetracycline could promote soil nutrients and its related properties, and the increase of available phosphorus, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen and cation exchange capacity was the most obvious under the treatment of different remediation substrates, with the increase rates of 252.66%, 41.65% and 23.44%, respectively. The organic matter and available potassium had the most obvious effects under the treatment of biochar combined with microbial inoculum, with the increase of 148.95% and 111.69%, respectively. Tetracycline has a certain inhibitory effect on soil catalase, urease and sucrase activities in three periods, of which the most inhibitory effect is on urease, and on the 30th, 60th and 90th days, the decrease rate were 57.69%, 61.60% and 40.25%, respectively, the treatment effect of fungal chaff combined with microbial inoculum on the soil catalase, soil urease and soil invertase activities in the three periods is the most obvious. Tetracycline inhibited soil microbial biomass carbon at three stages, and activated microbial biomass nitrogen. Among different remediation substrates, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were increased most significantly by fungal chaff combined with microbial inoculum. Adding different remediation substrates can alleviate the toxicity of tetracycline to the soil to a certain extent, and the treatment of fungal chaff combined with microbial inoculum has the best effect on improving soil enzyme activity and microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen.
