摘要:
碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)生态化学计量比是生态系统过程与功能的重要特征,是当前生态学领域的研究热点之一。依据广西的纬度变化,在桂林(24°15′-26°23′N)、南宁(22°12′-23°32′N)和北海(20°26′-21°55′N)的桉树人工林建立24块固定样地,分析了桉树叶片、地被物凋落叶及土壤的C、N、P含量及其化学计量特征的纬度变化格局。结果表明:(1)三个地区C、N平均含量均表现为叶片>凋落叶>土壤,P平均含量则表现为叶片>土壤>凋落叶。凋落叶P平均含量呈现出随纬度上升显著增加的趋势(P<0.05),而土壤和叶片养分含量与纬度间均不显著。(2)三个地区的C:N、C:P、N:P均表现为凋落叶>叶片>土壤。凋落叶C:P、N:P以及土壤C:N、C:P、N:P呈现出随纬度的上升均显著下降的趋势(P<0.05)。(3)叶片与土壤C含量呈现显著正相关(P<0.05),而叶片N、P含量分别与土壤N、P含量无显著相关性,表明土壤N、P对叶片N、P含量的影响不大。凋落叶C:P与土壤C:P显著正相关(P<0.05),表明凋落叶与土壤C、P存在着一定的联系。本研究揭示了广西桉树人工林中叶片、凋落叶和土壤间C、N、P生态化学计量特征及其随纬度变化的趋势,推断广西桉树人工林凋落叶的分解主要受P限制,同时P元素可能是限制北海桉树生长的限制因子;研究成果可为桉树人工林的经营和管理提供科学依据。(图2表4参60)
Abstract:
The ecological stoichiometric ratio of carbon (C), nitrogen (N), and phosphorus (P) is an important feature of ecosystem processes and functions, and it is one of the research hotspot s in ecology currently. In this study, twenty four permanent plots in Eucalyptus plantations in Guilin (24°15′-26°23′N), Nanning (22°12′-23°32′N) and Beihai (20°26′-21°55′N) were established respectively, and then the latitudinal change patterns of C, N, P contents and their stoichiometry characteristics of Eucalyptus leaf, forest floor leaf litter and soil were analyzed . The results showed that: (1) The average content of C and N in the three regions is leaf> leaf litter> soil, and the average P content is leaf> soil> leaf litter. The average P content of leaf litter shows a significant increase with latitude ( P<0.05), While the soil and leaf nutrient content and latitude are not significant. (2) The C:N, C:P, and N:P ratio in the three regions all show as litter>leaf>soil. Leaf C: P, N: P ratio and soil C: N, C: P, N: P ratio decreased significantly with the increase of latitude ( P < 0.05). (3) There was a significant positive correlation between leaf and soil C content (P < 0.05), but there was no significant correlation between leaf N and P content and soil N and P content, which indicated that soil N and P had little effect on leaf N and P content. C: P ratio of leaf litter was significantly positively correlated with soil C: P ratio (P < 0.05), this indicated that there was a certain relationship between leaf litter and soil C and P content. This study revealed the ecological stoichiometric characteristics of C, N, P among leaf, leaf litter and soil in Eucalyptus plantations in Guangxi and their trends with latitude. Results of this study indicated that the decomposition of C, N and P in Eucalyptus plantations in Guangxi was mainly limited by P, and P element might be a limiting factor for growth of Eucalyptus in Beihai region. The results of this study can provide scientific basis for the management of Eucalyptus plantations.
