摘要:
空气微生物影响着人类健康,是评价森林公园空气质量的重要指标。为探明森林群落类型和气温对空气微生物含量和森林群落抑菌效应的影响,在重庆缙云山的3种典型森林群落(杉木林、马尾松林和楠竹林)中,采用自然沉降法取样并检测其中空气微生物含量。结果表明,缙云山森林群落空气中细菌平均含量87个/m3、真菌含量383个/m3、微生物总量469个/m3,达到空气微生物含量的空气质量清洁标准;空气微生物中72%以上是真菌,气温由10 ℃上升至15 ℃时,空气细菌和真菌含量均显著增加;3种森林群落中,杉木林的空气细菌含量、真菌含量和微生物总量均最高;3种森林群落均显著降低空气微生物含量,其中楠竹林在3种气温下的抑细菌率均最高,5 ℃ 和15 ℃ 时杉木林抑真菌率最高,10 ℃时楠竹林抑真菌率最高。因此,缙云山森林群落中空气微生物含量较低,随着气温上升空气细菌和真菌含量增加,而森林群落具有显著抑制空气细菌和真菌功能。(图3表3参46)
Abstract:
The quantity of airborne microbes, which affect the health of human being, is a vital indicator to uate the air quality in forest parks. In order to understand the effects of forest community and air temperature on both the microbial content and antimicrobial capacity in forest communities, the present study examined the contents of airborne bacteria and fungi using natural sedimentation method to collect colonies in three forest communities, namely Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolate), masson pine ( Pinus massoniana) and moso bamboo ( Phyllostachys ubescens), in Jinyun Mountain, Chongqing, China. Results showed that the average colonies of airborne bacteria, fungi, and total microbes (airborne bacteria plus fungi) were 87, 383 and 469 /m 3, respectively, in the tested three forest communities, which reached the clean air quality standard with regard to the airborne microbial content. The fungi, accounting for above 72% in total microbes, were the main component of airborne microbes. The contents of airborne bacteria, fungi and total microbes were significantly increased with the increasing air temperature from 10 ℃ to 15 ℃. Among the three typical forest communities, the Chinese fir community had the highest bacterial, fungal and microbial contents. Compared to the no-standing wood sites at the similar elevation, respectively, the airborne microbial contents were significantly lower in the three typical forest communities. Among the three typical communities, the highest antibacterial rates were over all the three tested air temperature at 5, 10, and 15 ℃ in the moso bamboo community, while the highest antifungal rates at 5 and 15 ℃ in Chinese fir community, but at 10 ℃ in the moso bamboo community. The air temperature had significant higher effects on increasing the airborne bacteria and fungi, but significant lower effects on improving both antibacterial and antifungal rates than the community type did. We conclude that the current air quality in the Jinyun Mountain is clean with regard to airborne microbial contents and the forest communities contribute significantly to both the antibacterial and antifungal rates. In addition, the air temperature played a key role in the accumulation of both airborne bacteria and fungi..
