摘要:
选取福建省北部8a林龄的杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)纯林、千年桐(Aleurites montana)纯林及杉木-千年桐混交林(杉桐混交林),通过测定土壤pH值、根际及非根际土壤交换性铝、单聚体羟基铝、酸溶无机铝、腐殖酸铝含量,探讨不同林分根际与非根际土壤活性铝形态分布特征。研究结果表明:(1)3种林分土壤pH值在3.76-4.33之间,杉桐混交林土壤pH值显著高于2种纯林。(2)3种林分中,杉桐混交林的交换性铝含量显著高于杉木纯林,酸溶无机铝含量显著低于杉木和千年桐纯林,根际土单聚体羟基铝含量与2种纯林无显著差异。(3)同种林分间,千年桐纯林、杉桐混交林的根际土交换性铝及单聚体羟基铝含量均显著低于非根际土,杉木纯林根际土4种活性铝含量与非根际土均无显著差异。(4)不同土壤的交换性铝和单聚体羟基铝总量占活性铝总量的6.09%-16.17%,交换性铝含量与土壤pH值均呈现显著负相关(P < 0.05)。相较2种纯林,杉桐混交林能显著降低土壤酸度及酸溶无机铝含量,对交换性铝含量有一定的提升作用,但并未显著影响土壤中单聚体羟基铝及腐殖酸铝含量。研究结果可为闽北酸性红壤区人工林经营管理、土壤铝毒害防治及生态环境恢复提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Objectives: Aluminum toxicity of acid soil is one of the hot topics in soil science research. this paper aimed to study the the effect of coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest on the morphology of activated aluminum. Methods: Selecting the Cunninghamia lanceolata pure stand, the Aleurites montana pure stand and the Cunninghamia lanceolata-Aleurites Montana Mixed stand in the northern part of Fujian Province and measuring soil pH, exchangeable aluminum, unimer hydroxy aluminum, acid solubie aluminum, humic acid aluminum content in rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil , we explored the soil active aluminum Morphological distribution in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of different types of stands . Results: The results showed that: (1) The soil pH values of the three stands were between 3.76 and 4.33, and the soil pH value of the mixed stand was significantly higher than that of the pure stand. (2) Among the different stands, the exchangeable aluminum content of the Cunninghamia lanceolata -Aleurites Montana Mixed stand was significantly higher than that of pure Cunninghamia lanceolata, and the content of acid solubie aluminum in mixed stand was significantly lower than that of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Aleurites montana. There was no significant difference in the content of hydroxy aluminum in the rhizosphere soil monoliths between the mixed stand and the pure stands. (3) The contents of exchangeable aluminum and unimer hydroxy aluminum in the rhizosphere soil of the same forest stand, the pure forest of the Aleurites montana and Cunninghamia lanceolata, were significantly lower than that of the non-root soil, and There was no significant difference between the content of the four activated aluminum between the rhizosphere soil and the non-rhizosphere soil in Cunninghamia lanceolata. (4) The total amount of exchangeable aluminum and unimer hydroxy aluminum in different soils accounts for 6.09%-16.17% of the total amount of active aluminum. There was a significant negative correlation between the content of exchangeable aluminum and soil pH in pure and mixed stands ( P < 0.05). Conclusions: Compared with pure stands, the mixed st and of Cunninghamia lanceolata -Aleurites Montana reduced soil acidity and acid solubie aluminum content to a certain extent, but did not significantly affect the content of Humic acid aluminum and unimer hydroxy aluminum in soil. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for plantation management, soil aluminum toxicity control and ecological environment restoration in the acid red soil region of northern Fujian.
