摘要:
光照强度会影响到植物叶片中色素合成、酶活性和内含物含量,光照强度的改变是否会影响鸡爪槭(Acer palmatum Thunb.)叶片颜色变化期的生理特征?探讨不同光照强度对鸡爪槭秋季叶片呈色效果的影响,为彩叶树种引种栽培提供一定的理论依据。采用不同遮荫的梯度处理,采用光照强度为自然光照100%(对照)、80%自然光照、50%自然光照,分析鸡爪槭叶片颜色转变过程中叶片色素、叶绿素酶(Chlase)等酶活性和内含物质等生理指标。结果显示,鸡爪槭叶片颜色转变过程中,叶绿素含量显著降低(P<0.05),花色素苷(Anthocyanin)含量显著增加,Chlase活性显著增强,100%和50%的光照下苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)先增强后降低。80%、50%的光照强度下花色素苷的合成、MDA的积累、叶绿素b(Chlb)和类胡萝卜素(Caro)含量显著低于对照,叶绿素a(Chla)、SS和Pro含量没有显著影响;光照强度处理对9月的叶绿素酶和PAL活性影响显著,光照强度处理对11月SOD和POD活性影响显著,光照强度越弱,活性越强。因此光照强度减弱延迟了鸡爪槭叶片变色,同时也缩短了彩叶期,影响了观赏效果,光照强度越弱影响越大。
Abstract:
Objectives:Light intensity will affect pigment synthesis, enzyme activity and inclusion content in plant leaves. Does the change of light intensity in urban forestry affect the physiological characteristics of Acer palmatum Thunb. In this paper, the effects of different light intensities on the coloration of autumn leaves of Acer palmatum Thunb. were studied, which provided a theoretical basis for the introduction and cultivation of colored leaf trees. Methods:Using different shades of gradient treatment, using light intensity of natural light 100% (control), 80% natural light, 50% natural light, the leaf pigment, Chlase and other enzymes were analyzed during the color transition of Acer palmatum Thunb.. Physiological indicators such as activity and inclusion substances. Results:The chlorophyll content was significantly decreased during the color transition of Acer palmatum Thunb. ( P<0.05), and the anthocyanin content was significantly increased, but SS, Pro, MDA There was no significant change in soluble protein content and POD activity (P>0.05), and the activity of Chlarase was significantly enhanced. The activity of PAL was significantly decreased under 100% and 50% illumination, and SOD first increased and then decreased. The synthesis of anthocyanins, the accumulation of MDA, the content of Chlb and Caro were significantly lower than the control at 80% and 50% light intensity, and the contents of Chla, SS and Pro had no significant effect. The light intensity treatment had significant effects on chlorophyllase and PAL activity in September. The light intensity treatment had significant effects on the activity of SOD and POD in November, and the weaker the light intensity, the stronger the activity. Conclusions:The weakening of light intensity delayed the discoloration of the leaves of Acer palmatum Thunb., and also shortened the color leaf stage, which affected the ornamental effect. The weaker the light intensity, the greater the influence.
