摘要:
为了解不同干扰对黔南喀斯特土壤螨类的影响,按季节于2016年10月至2017年4月选取了火烧+垦殖、火烧和农田3种干扰形式,以自然林为对照研究土壤螨类多样性变化。调查共获得土壤螨类5 254只,隶属81科,优势类群奥甲螨科(Oppiidae)和杆棱甲螨科 (Mochlozetidae)。主成分分析(PCA)结果表明不同干扰方式下土壤螨类群落结构与自然林均存在明显差异。火烧+垦殖土壤螨类类群数、个体密度和Shannon-Wiener 指数(H’)显著低于自然林(P < 0.05),农业耕作土壤螨类类群数显著低于自然林(P < 0.05),其余无显著不同;季节变化对土壤螨类类群数、个体密度和Shannon-Wiener 指数(H’)无显著影响。有效磷与土壤螨类类群数和个体密度显著负相关(P < 0.05)。本研究结果说明干扰频率是影响土壤螨类分布的重要因素,高频度干扰较低频度干扰对土壤螨类的负面影响强,而高频度的干扰中,双重干扰较单一干扰对土壤螨类的负面影响大。
Abstract:
Karst ecosystem is of poor stability and very sensitive to the disturbance, and it has always been the academic focus of attention. Its ecosystem structure and function has degenerated seriously under the influence of human disturbance in recent years. Soil mites are ideal bio-indicators for the status of below-ground ecosystems, but little is known about how soil mites respond to different disturbances in Karst region. To better understand how soil mites communities are impacted by the different disturbances in south Guizhou province, a survey of the soil mites community was conducted by Tullgren method at sites of burning plus reclamation, burning, farmland and natural forests from Oct. 2016 to Apr. 2017. A total of 5254 individuals were captured, belonging to 81 families, and the dominant group was Oppiidae and Mochlozetidae. The result of a principal component analysis(PCA) indicated that the community structure of soil mites differed obviously among different disturbances. The group number, individual density and Shannon-Wiener index(H’) of soil mites were significantly different in burning plus reclamation and natural forests, significant difference was also observed between the group number of soil mites in farming practices and natural forests , whereas the group number, individual density and Shannon-Wiener index(H’) of soil mites were not influenced by seasonal variation. Pearson correlation analysis showed that soil AP was significantly correlated with the density of soil mite community in a negative way . Based on these results, we concluded that disturbance frequency is one of the key factors to impact the distribution of soil mites , with the high-frequency disturbance affecting them more negatively than low-frequency, and for the high-frequency disturbance, double disturbances impact more negatively than the single disturbance.
