摘要:
为了探究地钱(Marchantia polymorpha Linn.)挥发性成分与性别和环境的关系,采用超声辅助法提取地钱挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分别对成都地区5个产地雌、雄株地钱挥发油成分进行差异性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和典型相关性分析。结果如下:(1)同一产地雌雄株地钱挥发油成分的种类大体相同,均以倍半萜为主,其中氧化石竹烯的含量均为最高,其次是β-花柏烯和α-布藜烯;但不同地区地钱挥发油成分存在一定的差异。(2)雌性和雄性地钱挥发性成分之间无显著差异。(3)含量较低的二萜、三萜、脂肪酸等物质对地钱产地区分作用较大,且地理位置对地钱挥发油成分有一定的影响。(4)温度和相对湿度是对地钱的挥发性成分影响最大的环境因子,且不同环境因子对不同成分的影响程度有所不同。总之,地钱挥发性主要成分无性别差异,地区间差异是由于环境因子不同所致。
Abstract:
In order to explore the relationship between the volatile components of Marchantia polymorpha and gender and environment, the volatile oil of M. polymorpha was extracted by ultrasound-assisted extraction method. The volatile oil components of female and male M. polymorpha of five regions in Chengdu were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), including difference analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis and canonical correlation analysis. 1) The results showed that the species of essential oils from the same place of origin were basically the same, with sesquiterpenes as the main components, and the content of caryophyllene oxide was the highest, followed by beta-chamigrene and alpha-bulnesene; however, there were some differences in the components of essential oils from different areas. 2) There was no significant difference in volatile components between male and female of M. polymorpha in this study. 3) The lower content of diterpenoids, triterpenoids, fatty acids and other substances played a greater role in the regional differentiation of M. polymorpha, and geographical location had a certain impact on the volatile oil components of M. polymorpha. 4) Temperature and relative humidity were the most important environmental factors affecting the volatile components, and different environmental factors had different effects on different components. The results of this study showed that t here was no gender difference in the main volatile components of M. polymorpha, and the regional differences were due to different environmental factors.
