摘要:
湖北省兴山县位于三峡库区,毗邻神农架自然保护区,植被、地势和气候等生态条件独特。为揭示其蕴藏的大型担子菌物种多样性,2016年10月至2017年10月,在兴山县全境对大型担子菌的物种组成、分布及其营养类型进行了系统性的调查研究,结合形态分类学和分子系统学方法对标本进行分类和鉴定。结果表明:(1)该县大型担子菌有220种,归于13目46科114属,其中有1个中国新记录种:白孢冬生褶菌(Cheimonophyllum candidissimum)。优势属是乳菇属(Lactarius),共有12种;伞菌科(Agaricaceae)是优势科,共有18种;物种数最多的目是伞菌目(Agaricales),共有123种。(2)兴山县大型担子菌主要分布在常绿-落叶阔叶混交林和针阔混交林中,发生频数依次分别为173次和128次,针叶林、竹林、灌丛中分布较少,依次分别为16次、2次和12次。春季发生的有72种,夏季发生的有105种,秋季发生的有92种,春、夏、秋季均发生的为8种。(3)土生菌116种,木生菌96种,凋落物栖生菌6种,粪生菌2种,土生菌兼外生菌根菌有27种。由此可见,兴山县拥有丰富的大型担子菌资源,且具有以下特点:伞菌目为主,土生菌较多,多发生于常绿-落叶阔叶混交林中,夏季物种更丰富;本研究结果为兴山县大型担子菌的多样性保护和资源开发利用以及进一步研究其生态作用奠定了基础。(图3 表5 参35)
Abstract:
Xingshan County of Hubei Province belongs to the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and is adjacent to Shennongjia Nature Reserve. The ecological conditions are unique in the vegetation, topography and climate. However, our knowledge on the diversity of macro-basidiomycetes remains scarce in this area. In order to reveal the species diversity of the macro-basidiomycetes in Xingshan County, the species composition, distribution and trophic mode of the macro-basidiomycetes were systematically investigated throughout Xingshan County from October 2016 to October 2017. Macro-basidiomycetes specimens were collected and identified by the methods of morphological taxonomy and molecular systematics. The results showed that: (1) 220 species which belong to 13 orders, 46 families and 114 genera were recorded in the county. The genus with the largest number of species is Lactarius, including a total of 12 species; the family with the largest number of species is the Agaricaceae, including a total of 18 species; the order with the largest number of species is Agaricales, including a total of 123 species. Cheimonophyllum candidissimum is newly recorded in China. (2) The macro-basidiomycetes in Xingshan County are mainly distributed in evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest and mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest, which are represented by 173 and 128 records, respectively. While less macro-basidiomycetes are distributed in coniferous forest (16 records), bamboo forest (2 records) and shrub (12 records). Only 8 species were shared among the sampling seasons, while 72 species occurred in spring, 105 in summer, and 92 in autumn. ( 3) Based on their habit, 116 species were geophilous, 95 species were lignicolous, 6 species were litter-inhabiting, 2 species were coprophilous, 27 species were ectomycorrhizal in the geophilous species. It can be seen that Xingshan County is rich of macro-basidiomycete resources which have the following characteristics: most of them belong to Agaricales; there are many geophilous species; most of them occur in evergreen deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest; species are more abundant in summer. The research results are the foundation for the diversity protection and the development and utilization of macro-basidiomycetes resources in Xingshan County, which could also be used for further study about its ecological value.
