摘要:
采用灌胃头孢拉定和硫酸庆大霉素混合抗生素进行小鼠菌群失调腹泻造模,灌胃给药1/2量超微七味白术散治疗,正常组和模型组灌胃等量的无菌水,在不同时间段取肠道内容物分析5类可培养微生物的数量,研究其动态变化. 结果显示造模过程中,细菌总数、大肠杆菌数都是先急剧减少,后稍有恢复,但仍低于初始水平,乳酸菌数先急剧减少后又显著增加,高于正常组水平,酵母菌和霉菌数则呈现持续增加的趋势;经1/2量超微七味白术散治疗后,细菌总数持续增加,大肠杆菌数呈先增后减的趋势,乳酸菌和酵母菌数则先增加,治疗4 d后趋于稳定,霉菌则持续减少. 研究表明1/2量超微七味白术散对菌群失调小鼠肠道菌群具有明显的调整作用,有效缩短了肠道菌群由失调到平衡的时间.
Abstract:
This experiment aimed to study the change of intestinal microbes with dysbacteriosis treated by ultra-micro powder of Qiweibaizhusan. The mice were modeled dysbacteriosis by stomach injection of mixed cefradine and gentamycin sulfate. The treatment group received intragastric administration of half-dose ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan, and the normal group mice and model group mice were given steriled water. Selective media were used to culture five kinds of gut microbes in different treatment times. The results showed that during modeling period, the number of bacteria and colibacillus had decreased rapidly and partly recovered, but still lower than the initial level. The number of lactobacillus increased significantly after a sharp decrease, higher than normal level. The number of yeast and mold presented an increasing trend. During the treatment period with half-dose ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan, the total bacteria number increased all the time, and the number of Escherichia coli presented a decreasing trend after a slight increase. The number of lactobacillus and yeast increased first, and became stable after four days of treatment. But the number of mold decreased all the time. The results showed that the half-dose ultra-micro powder of Qiweibaizhusan could effectively regulate and improve intestinal micro-flora with dysbacteriosis in mice, and shorten the time from disturbance to balance.
