摘要:
为评价异丙隆的环境生态效应,在大田条件下研究异丙隆施入麦田后对土壤微生物数量及酶活性的影响. 试验地前茬水稻,异丙隆浓度设0(清水,CK)、1.88、3.75、7.50、15.00 g/kg 5个水平. 结果表明:异丙隆对麦田土壤真菌表现出短暂的抑制作用,处理后d 5左右开始有激活效应,至d 60仍具激活效应;对细菌及放线菌表现为抑制作用,且持续时间较长,到d 15左右才开始表现出激活作用. 异丙隆处理后,低浓度(1.88 g/kg、3.75 g/kg)对过氧化氢酶活性表现为激活—抑制—激活作用,而高浓度(7.50 g/kg、15.00 g/kg)则表现为抑制—激活作用;各浓度异丙隆处理对土壤脲酶活性均表现为抑制—激活作用;蔗糖酶活性对异丙隆比较敏感,开始表现为激活效应,其后逐渐趋于平缓,d 60左右表现为抑制效应. 图2 参18
Abstract:
The effects of isoproturon on microbial population numbers and soil enzymes activities in the field of wheat planted after rice harvest were investigated in this study. The concentration of isoproturon was divided into 5 levels, 0 (CK, with water), 1.88, 3.75, 7.50 and 15.00 g/kg. The results indicated that isoproturon had transitory inhibitory effect on soil fungal population in wheat field. It began to activate approximately on the 5th day , and until the 60th day it was still active. Inhibition of isoproturon to bacteria and actinomycetes had a longer duration. It began to show activation at the 15th day or so. Lower concentrations (1.88 g/kg, 3.75 g/kg) of isoproturon could influence the activity of catalase in a pattern of activation - inhibition - activation, while higher concentrations (7.50 g/kg, 15.00g/kg) showed a pattern of inhibition - activation. Isoproturon of different concentrations tested had inhibition - activation effects on soil urease activity. The activity of invertase was more sensitive to isoproturon, which showed activation at beginning, and then experienced a sort of toning down. At about the 60th day, isoproturon slightly inhibited the activity of invertase. Fig 2, Ref 18
