摘要:
南极菲尔德斯半岛室外空气微生物的采样站分作3种类型:类型Ⅰ。科考站及附近区域;类型Ⅱ,大型动物出没区;类型Ⅲ,大型动物少,且保持荒凉状态区。结果显示,Ⅰ类型区室外空气微生物含量明显高于Ⅲ类型区。平均Ⅰ区有4994cfu·m-3,Ⅲ区仅16cfu·m-3.结果提示,菲尔德斯半岛空气微生物已受到人类活动的干扰。
Abstract:
The sampling sites for investigating outdoor air-borne microbes over the Fildes Peninsula, Antarctica were divided into 3 types: 1. the scientific research stations and their adjacent areas; 2. the haunts of large animals; 3. the desolate areas with few large animals. The microbial counts of type 1 were obviously higher than those of type 3. Averagely speaking,the microbial counts of types 1, 2, 3 were 4994, 2 512 and 16 cfu·m-3, respectively. The results indicated that the air-borne microbes over the Fildes Peninsula were already affected or disturbed by haman activities.
