摘要:
为从藏药材内生菌次生代谢产物中寻找具有活性、结构新颖的化合物,对藏菖蒲中一株内生真菌烟曲霉(Aspergillus fumigatus)发酵液进行化学成分研究,采用多种色谱技术对乙酸乙酯部位进行分离和纯化,并运用波谱技术进行结构鉴定. 共分离鉴定了15个化合物,分别为ergosterol endoperoxide(1)、phenazine-1-carboxamide(2)、bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(3)、fumitremorgin B(4)、spirotryprostatin A(5)、spirotryprostatin C(6)、fumigaclavine C(7)、fumiquinazoline C(8)、pseurotin A(9)、azaspirofurans A(10)、3,5-dihydroxy-4-methyl-phthalaldehydic acid(11)、decumbic acid(12)、monomethylsulochrin(13)、cyclo[L-(4-hydroxyprolinyl)-L-leucin](14)和4,6-dihydroxy-5-methylphthalide(15). 其中化合物2、3、11、12、14、15为首次从烟曲霉中分离. Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extracts of Aspergillus fumigatus from Acorus calamus L. Various column chromatography and spectral techniques were used in the isolation, purification, and determination of the components. Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as ergosterol endoperoxide (1), phenazine-1-carboxamide (2), bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (3), fumitremorgin B (4), spirotryprostatin A (5), spirotryprostatin C (6), fumigaclavine C (7), fumiquinazoline C (8), pseurotin A (9), azaspirofurans A (10), 3,5-dihydroxy-4-methyl-phthalaldehydic acid (11), decumbic acid (12), monomethylsulochrin (13), cyclo[L-(4-hydroxyprolinyl)-L-leucin] (14), and 4,6-dihydroxy-5-methylphthalide (15). Among them, compounds 2, 3, 11, 12, 14, and 15 were isolated from A. fumigatus for the first time.
