摘要 以葵花盘为原料,利用溜曲霉Aspergillus tamarii No.827菌株,进行直接固态发酵生产微生物蛋白饲料研究.在组成为(w/%):葵花盘 18,硫酸铵 1.8,磷酸氢二钠 0.4,磷酸二氢钾 0.06,相对湿度82%的发酵培养基中,θ=(34±1)℃,固态培养72 h,产物粗蛋白含量(w)由7.8%增加至24.28%,产物收率大于53%.认为该结果为合理利用农业纤维类废弃物,开发用途广泛的生物蛋白资源提供了一条可行的工艺路线.
Abstract:
Abstract The protein enrichment of sunflower calathide with Aspergillus tamatii No.827 by solid state fermentation was studied. Sunflower calathide without sterilization was used as a sole carbon source. Medium was composed of (w/%) crushed sunflower calathide 18, (NH4)2SO4 1.8, Na2HPO4 0.4, KH2PO4 0.06,and moistened with tap water to 82 relative humidity. The solid state fermentation was carried out at 34±1℃ for 72h.The final product containing 24.28% crude protein was obtained and the average yield of product was more than 53% of the total input of sunflower calathide.
