摘要:
摘要 用30 mg L-1 LaGly处理鸡爪槭1次,可减轻pH 3.5酸雨对鸡爪槭造成的伤害.实验结果显示,此与LaGly提高鸡爪槭叶片光合速率,叶绿素含量,减少丙二醛含量,降低细胞质膜透性,维持细胞汁pH值稳定性与过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶及脱氢酶活性等多重生态生理效应相关.
Abstract:
Abstract Ecophysiological effect of LaGly on Acer plamstum harmed by acid rain was studied.When Acer plamstum was sprayed with 30 mg L-1 LaGly once ,the harmfulness to [WT5”BX〗Acer plamstum by acid rain at pH 3.5 was reduced.The results indicated this was related to that LaGly could raise photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content,reduce malondialdehyde content,decrease cell membrane permeability and keep the stability of cell juice pH value,and maintain the activity of CAT,POD and dehydrogenase in Acer plamstum.
