摘要:
摘要 研究了不同浓度的松胞素B对人血淋巴细胞和中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞(CHL)分裂周期和微核率的影响.结果表明,松胞素B浓度过高能引起细胞微核率增高.在本研究中,对CHL细胞微核率试验以3 μg/mL 松胞素B较适合;而对人血淋巴细胞微核试验,松胞素B浓度以2~4 μg/mL为宜,松胞素B浓度过高会提高微核背景值,降低试验的灵敏度和精确性. 表4 参9
Abstract:
Abstract On the basis of micronuclei (MN) formation theory, the effects of cytochalasin B at different concentrations on mitotic cycle and micronucleus frequencies of CHL cells and human blood lymphocytes were studied.The results showed that cytochalasin B at high concentrations could increase the micronucleus frequencies in two kinds of cells, and could also increase the background of MN frequency in control group and decrease the sensitivity and accuracy of the experiments. So the favorite concentration of cytochalasin B is 3 μg/mL for CHL cell micronuclei experiments and 2~4 μg/mL for human blood lymphocyte. Tab 4, Ref 9
