摘要 从印染废水处理池的活性污泥中分离到五株对孔雀绿染料有脱色能力的细菌,其中编号为3#的菌株人苍白杆菌(Ochrobactrum anthropi)的脱色能力较强. 对3#菌株的脱色反应条件进行初步研究表明,3#细菌的脱色反应的pH为5~11,最佳范围pH 6~7;温度10~30℃,最佳温度30℃;有氧气情况下的脱色效果较缺氧情况下好; 在最佳条件下该菌对孔雀绿染料的脱色作用较强, 处理4、12、24 h后, 色度去除率分别达到50%以上、70%以上和90%以上. 图4 表3 参15
Abstract:
Abstract Five strains of bacteria, with decoloring capability for malachite green, were is olated from the activated sludge of dyeing wastewater treatment pond. Among them, strain 3#, Ochrobactrum anthropi, was demonstrated with best decoloring capability. The results from the study on the decoloring conditions of strain 3# showed that the pH range for decoloring reaction was 5~11 with 6 ~7 being the optimum, the temperature range was 10~30℃ with 30℃ being efficiency optimal. The decoloring efficiency was higher under the presence of oxygen than that lack of oxygen. Strain 3# could more strongly decolor malachite green under optimum conditions. The decoloring rate was above 50%, 70% and 90% in 4, 12 and 24 h treatment, respectively. Fig 4, Tab 3, Ref 15
