摘要:
摘要 碳源、氮源、Mn2+浓度及pH值对F7菌漂白废水脱色有较大的影响.最佳培养基组成为:ρ(葡萄糖) 10 g/L,ρ(NH4Cl) 0.13 g/L,ρ(Mn2+)20 mg/L.随葡萄糖和NH4Cl添加量的增加,菌体生物量增加.但高浓度的NH4Cl对F7菌脱色有抑制作用.F7菌适宜生长pH值为4~5,适宜脱色pH值为3~6,最适脱色pH值为5.0.另外,经脱色处理的漂白废水的毒性明显下降. 图9 表1 参13
Abstract:
Abstract Carbon, nitrogen sources, Mn2+ and pH are important for bleaching effluent decolorization by fungus F7. The results showed that the optimum culture conditions were ρ(glucose) 10 g/L,ρ (NH4Cl) 0.13 g/L, ρ(Mn2+) 20 mg/L. As ρ(glucose) and ρ(NH4Cl) increased, there was a corresponding increase in the biomass. The high concentration of NH4Cl would repress the decolorization of effluent by fungus F7. pH 4~5 was suitable for fungal growth and pH 3~6 for fungal decolorization, while the optimum culture conditions for decolorization was at pH 5. The toxicity could be eliminated after effluent treated with white-rot fungus. Fig 9, Tab 1, Ref 13
