摘要:
为了解人参叶皂苷类化学成分,寻找其尚未发现的皂苷,采用正反相硅胶柱层析和反相制备液相色谱等多种方法进行分离纯化. 从人参叶中分离得到12个皂苷类化合物,用波谱方法鉴定为越南参皂苷R3(1)、越南参皂苷R4(2)、越南参皂苷R8(3)、人参皂苷Rk1(4)、人参皂苷Rg5(5)、5,6-去氢人参皂苷Rd(6)、人参皂苷Rb1(7)、人参皂苷Rb2(8)、人参皂苷Rc(9)、人参皂苷Re(10)、人参皂苷Rd(11)、人参皂苷Rg1(12). 其中化合物1-6为首次从人参叶中分离得到. (图1 表1 参21)
Abstract:
This research aimed to study the saponins of the leaves of Panax ginseng and to search for the undiscovered saponins. Normal and reversed phase silica gel column chromatography combined with preparative HPLC were used for the purification of individual saponins. Altogether 12 triterpene saponins were isolated and identified as vina-ginsenoside R3 (1), vina-ginsenoside R4 (2), vina-ginsenoside R8 (3), ginsenoside Rk1 (4), ginsenoside Rg5 (5), 5, 6-didehydroginsenoside Rd (6), ginsenoside Rb1 (7), ginsenoside Rb2 (8), ginsenoside Rc (9), ginsenoside Re (10), ginsenoside Rd (11), ginsenoside Rg1 (12), respectively. It was the first time that compounds 1-6 were isolated from the leaves of this plant.
