摘要:
木糖醇是目前被广泛用作甜味剂的一种具有一定营养价值的食品添加剂,也广泛应用于医药、国防及化学等工业.由于木糖醇的化学法生产不仅成本高,不易满足安全生产的要求,使木糖醇生产不能满足国际市场的需求.因此用微生物转化法生产木糖醇已成为国际上研究的一个热点.但目前国内有关微生物转化生产木糖醇的报道很少,且已报道的菌种的转化能力也不十分理想.我们在利用木糖母液生产单细胞蛋白的研究中,获得了几株产生木糖醇的菌株.本文简报6株酵母菌转化木糖生产木糖醇的结果.
Abstract:
In this paper, the characteristics of xylitol production from xylose fermentation by six strains were studied. A strain was screened and it could highly produce xylitol. 92% of xylitol yield from xylose was obtained when 15% xylose, peptone and other materials were added.
