摘要:
利用寡核苷酸探针LZF-I对两栖类的3属8种28只个体的冷冻和甲醛固定的肝组织作了检测。所获DNA指纹图在个体、种和属间具有特异性。表明该探针进行DNA指纹检测可为两栖动物种、属分类提供依据。
Abstract:
The analyses of detecting the DNA fingerprints of 28 samples from 8 species in 3 genera of Anura were made on their freezing and formalin-fixed livers by using oligonucleotide probe LZF-I.The individual,spesies-specific and genus-specific DNA "fingerprints" were obtained.The study indicated that the technique of DNA fingerprinting using this probe could provide evidence in amphibian’s taxonomy.
