摘要:
摘要 经多次实验优化, 得到运动发酵单胞菌Zy发酵葡萄糖生产乙醇较合适的条件. Zy的诱变菌株Zy1在该条件下发酵葡萄糖生产乙醇比原始菌株更有较大优势.当葡萄糖浓度为200 g L-1时, 发酵48 h, 乙醇浓度96.5 g L-1, 残糖2.3 g L-1, 发酵效率为94.42%. Zy1发酵天然原料米粉、木薯、红薯干等, 发酵时间44 h, 乙醇浓度达95 g L-1以上, 发酵效率92%以上.发酵液用DNS法测定, 还原糖约2 g L-1, 残总糖因原料种类不同, 其值有所差异(5 ~ 20 g L-1).经薄层层析分析, 发酵液无葡萄糖, 而是二糖、三糖等低聚糖. 图2 表5 参12
Abstract:
Abstract A good condition for fermenting glucose into, ethanol by Zymomonas mobilis (Zy) was achieved. Under the condition, its mutant (Zy1) was more capable of producing ethanol than its original strain. When glucose concentration was 200 g L-1, the ethanol concentration was 96.5 g L-1 and stoichiometric yield was 94.42% by Zy1 fermentation for 48 h. In addition, as Zy1 fermented raw materials, such as rice flour, cassava flour and sweet potato into ethanol under the optimum condition, the ethanol concentration could be over 95 g L-1 and stoichiometric yield above 92%, with fermentation time of 44 h. The sugar concentration in fermentation liquor was measured by the DNS method. The reducing sugar was about 2 g L-1, but residual sugars were different owing to different raw materials (from 5 g L-1 to 20 g L-1).The analysis by thinlayer chromatogram indicated that in the fermentation liquor there was no glucose, but there were disaccharide and trisaccharide.
