摘要 在恒温(20±1) ℃条件下研究了铜、汞、铅离子对东亚三角头涡虫(Dugesia japonica)的急性毒性作用.结果为Cu2+、Hg2 +和 Pb2+对涡虫24 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别是:1.563 mg L-1、0.704 mg L-1和188.16 mg L-1;48 h的LC50分别是:0.888 mg L-1、0.666 mg L-1和171.57 mg L-1;72 h的LC50分别是:0.786 mg L-1、0.662 mg L-1和140.94 mg L-1;96 h的LC50分别是:0.779 mg L-1、0.647 mg L-1(Pb2+无此值).试验结果表明:这些重金属的作用应属于3种类型,涡虫作为重金属污染的指示生物基本可行. 图2 表1 参18
Abstract:
Abstract Dugesia japonica(planarian) was treated with Cu2+, Hg2+and Pb2+solutions at (20±1) ℃. The acute toxicity of these heavy metal ions was determined by LC50. The LC50 of Cu2+, Hg2 +and Pb2+ were 1.563 mg L-1, 0.704 mg L-1 and 188.16 mg L-1 after 24 h, 0.888 mg L-1, 0.666 mg L-1 and 171.57 mg L-1 after 48 h, 0.786 mg L-1, 0.662 mg L-1 and 140.94 mg L-1 after 72 h, and 0.779 mg L- 1, 0.647 mg L-1 after 96 h, respectively. With the different dead forms of planarian, the results suggested that these kinds of ions be divided into three types, and planarian be used as a bioindicator for heavy metal pollution.
