摘要 在天蓝色链霉菌分批发酵中,36 h时一次加入20 mg/L的青霉素,色素浓度和分泌率分别提高了26.2%和39.2%;与一次性添加青霉素相比,分多次添加可使色素浓度再提高9%,但分泌率没有明显变化.DMSO浓度为6 g/L时,色素浓度和分泌率较对照分别提高了20.5%和50%;2~50 g/L的DMSO对菌体生长没有影响.36 h时加入1 g/L的吐温80,色素浓度和分泌率分别提高了16.9%和37.5%.60 h时加入0.2 g/L浓度的SDS,色素浓度较对照基本相当,但分泌率却提高了16.1%. 图4 表1 参7
Abstract:
Abstract In the batch fermentation of Streptomyces coelicolor, blue pigment production increased by 26.2% and 39.2% when adding 20 mg/L penicillin by single and multiadditive way, respectively, while there was no obvious influence to excretion ratio. It also demonstrated that blue pigment production and excretion ratio increased by 20.5% and 50% after supplemented with 6 g/L DMSO. 2~50 g/L DMSO had no effect on the growth of Streptomyces coelicolor. When adding 1 g/L Toween 80 at 36 h, blue pigment production and excretion ratio increased by 16.9% and 37.5%, respectively, while they increased by 6% and 16.1% if adding 0.2 g/L SDS at 60 h.
