摘要:
摘要应用营养液培养的方法,研究了不同Zn浓度下,HCO-3对缺Zn敏感和耐性水稻品种生长及Zn吸收运输的影响.结果表明,在低Zn浓度下,HCO-3明显抑制敏感品种根的生长,但对耐性品种根生长有轻微的促进作用;HCO-3降低缺Zn敏感品种对Zn的吸收及Zn从根向地上部的运输,而对耐性品种影响较小.HCO-3抑制缺Zn敏感品种生长并诱导缺Zn的最初作用可能是抑制根的生长,进而影响Zn的吸收和运输. 图1 表3 参9
Abstract:
Abstract Effects of HCO-3 on the growth and Zn absorption and transportation of different rice cultivars, the Zn-inefficient cultivar (IR26) and the Zn-efficient cultivar (IR8192-31-2), were investigated by solution culture. Application of HCO-3strongly inhibited root growth of Zn- inefficient cultivar, especially at low Zn concentration, while root growth of the Zn-efficienct cultivar was slightly stimulated by HCO-3. HCO-3 inhibited both Zn absorption and transportation from roots to shoots for the Zn-inefficient cultivar .These results demonstrated that the inhibition of root growth by HCO-3 was likely to be the initial step and then Zn deficiency was induced in lowland rice.
