Abstract:
ByusingelecronicnosezNoseBy uusining electronicelecronic nonosee zNooseeTM, thee cocommonon volatilevolaile cocompoundpounds oof cottoncoon plantplan wereere qualitativelualiaively analanalyzeded inin laboratorlaboraory. Thee relativerelaive retentionreenion indeindex eaceach cocompoundpound waas deterdeerminedined, andand hee on iles librarlibrary waas henen conconstructedruced. Inn additionaddiion, hee iles frorom hee on ininfeesteded bby on bollbollwororm (CBW) larvaelarvae wereere collectedcolleced, babaseded on the library, and fingerprint database of the cotton plant damaged by CBW larvae was obtained. Comparing control cotton plantplan witih hee ed cottoncoon , iti waas foundound hata botboh hee kindinds contentconens oof hee volatilevolailes frorom hee ed on wereere notablnoably hiigherer hanan hoosee hee controlconrol. Furturherermoreore, hee ens hee iles frorom hee on dadamaageded CBW larvae with larvae treatment were significantly higher than those of the cotton plant damaged by CBW larvae without larvaelarvae treatreamenten. Moreoveroreover, bby uusining zNooseeTM hee realreal tiimee releareleasee rrhythm β-pinenepinene andand β-myrcenercene frorom hee ininfeesteded on plantplan waas monitoredoniored. Thee reresultuls shooweded whenen cottoncoon waas CBW foror woo hourours, β-significantly increased compared with the control. However, there was no difference in the contents of β-myrcenercene betbeweeneen hee on dadamaageded CBW foror woo hourours hee controlconrol. Afterer inveinvesteded foror 2~4 hourours, hee β-myrcenercene contentconen mararkedledly increaincreaseded. Andnd aafterer 6~8 hourours, hee ens oof β-pinenepinene andand β-myrcenercene reacreacheded heireir maaxiimuum releareleasee, rerespectivelpecively, henen slolow dodownn, butbu stillill maintainedainained aa hiigh levellevel releareleasee.
