Abstract:
Through the study of characteristics of soil and plant carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus during plant growth in the Wuyi Mountain Municipal Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant, the world’s natural and cultural heritage site, the purpose is clarified the nutrient cycling and restriction of the vegetation of the constructed wetland system in the world natural and cultural heritage site , in order to maintain the world natural and cultural heritage site of the constructed wetland ecosystem within the heritage site provides a reference. The main plants of the constructed wetland system of the Wuyi Mountain Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant were tested for Thalia dealbata, Arundo donax var. versicolor, Vetiveria zizanioides L. and soil carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus changes in four seasons (7, 14, 21, 28 weeks) to analyze their stoichiometric characteristics and their correlation. The results showed that the contents of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in the constructed wetland system decreased first and then increased which the range of variation were 14.39-18.32 mg/kg (C), 0.72-6.11mg/kg (N) and 0.47-0.73mg/kg (P) in a growing season. The C in leaves and stems of T. dealbata and A. donax var. versicolor increased with the growth of plants, and V. zizanioides L. C increased first and then decreased. The N in leaves of T. dealbata, A. donax var. versicolor increased, and the N in their stems decreased first and then increased. V. zizanioides L. N showed a downward trend. T. dealbata and A. donax var. versicolor P increased first and then decreased. The P in stem of T. dealbata, A. donax var. versicolor ’s and V. zizanioides L. P of showed a downward trend. The Plants’ range of variation were 402.56-527.13 (C), 6.16-22.06 (N) and 1.54-3.02mg·kg- 1 (P) in a growing season. There are no significant differences between the C:N, C:P, N:P of the leaves of T. dealbata and A. donax var. versicolor with their soil, but the N content in the leaves and the soil has a significant negative correlation. V. zizanioides L. is positively correlated with soil in C:N, C:P, and its C,N content is negatively correlated with soil’s. Conclusions: The dynamic anamic analysis of Characteristics of soil-plant C, N and P contents during plant growth in Wuyi Mountain constructed wetland system showed it is different between 3 plants in C, N, P content, stoichiometry and their trends. The N content of the leaves of T. dealbata and A. donax var. versicolor is affected by soil’N, and V. zizanioides L. is also affected by the contents of C and N in the soil. The research results can provide reference for the construction strategy, environmental protection and plant configuration of Wuyi Mountain constructed wetland in the world natural and cultural heritage site.
